video games
Jul. 2nd, 2007 09:03 amI finished Crackdown last night and while it was a really fun game to play the story was really thin and the ground and even though they let you contiue playing the game once you've completed it there's nothing to do as all the gang members have been killed. Also the narrator is annoying and gets more so as the game goes on as he contiues to tell you how to do things you learnt to do in the first level. *sigh*
I'm now going to try and play Alone In The Dark - A New Nightmare yet again. Saying that I've already got further into it then I did last time I tried to play it so thats a plus point. The only bad thing about this game so far is that you can't use the anolog sticks to walk so the guy you're playing handles like a brick as walking with the D-pad is no easy matter but the story so far is interesting so that more then makes up for it.
On a side note we booked our honeymoon at a hotel in Great Yarmouth. It was pretty cheap which is never a bad thing. Yarmouth is a pretty cool town and as it will be off-season there won't be as many tourists wandering around. It will also give us a chance to explore some of the town/beach that you don't get to see when you only have a day there.
