Stuff finished in March
Apr. 1st, 2010 09:54 amHere's all the stuff I finished up in March. I really got through a lot of books this month.
Films
Superbad - comedy 0/4 - truly an awful movie with no lickable characters at all
Zombieland - horror, comedy - 3.5/4 - Bill Murry and zombies need I say more
Cthulhu - horror, gay relationships - 2/4 - I really wanted to like this film but the acting was horrid
Stan Helsing -horror, comedy, - 2.5/4 - Not as good as the first two Scary Movies but better then the later ones
Total films seen: 17/50
Books
Angel's Blood by Nalini Singh - romance, supernatural, vampires - 3.5/4 - didn't think I was going to like this one but it was pretty gripping. Looking forward to the sequal
Under The Dome by Stephen King - si-fi, thiller - 2.5/4 - I'm begining to think King is losing his touch. The last thrid of the book was ok but it was so boring until then.
Scavenger by David Morrell - crime - 2.5/4 - not as good as the first book that's for sure but still better then First Blood
Percy Jackson And The Lighting Thief by Rick Riordan - mythology, childrens - 3.5/4 - I was really impressed with this book gonna look for the rest in the series.
How To Train Your Dragon by Cressida Cowell - childrens, fantasy, history - 2.5/4 - Not a bad book and the illustrations were pretty cool.
Mass Effect: Ascension by Drew Karpyshyn - si-fi, game tie-in - 3/4 - I really wish I'd read this book before playing the 2nd game.
C Is For Corpse by Sue Grafton - crime - 3/4
Fatherland by Robert Harris - alternative history, crime - 2.5/4 - Not as brilliant as I'd been lead to belive but still not a bad book.
