Draco Malfoy for the short answer mainly because I've always had a soft spot for his type of character in books and shows. I'd hate him in real life but as a character I can't help but adore him.
I also am quite fond of Ron because he's such a funny guy even though he can be moody at times but he's very loyal which is always a good thing.
