Finally got to see one of the woodpeckers in the wood today. He was hoping about in the trees between our back fence and the fence to Tescos. He seemed to be looking for inscects as he kept turning his headfrom side to side before moving to another tree or brance. Not quite sure which species he was but he was but he looked like this guy in the photo:




On a side note I finally got around to getting my eard repirced. Mainly because every year my mum gets me earrings for christmas even though I haven't been able to wear any for years.
