duowolf | work and spyware

I'm training someone to do my job when I go on holiday in a couple of weeks time and she's picking it up pretty fast which isn't a bad thing but it does mean I'm getting a little bored as I haven't really got anything to do while she's doing my job. Oh well I suppose I should make the most of it.

On a sidenote I got home from work yesterday to find I'd been infected with some spyware programs, Ad-aware couldn't even find them which was really annoying but I think I've gotten rid of them now.*fingers crossed*
