Very nice! It must be cool to have a significant other that actually appreciates your hobbies...my Hubby has absolutely no interest in anime, sci-fi or fantasy!
It is pretty cool. We're both gamers, love anime and like the same types of books, music and movies so it really cuts down on arguements over that sort of thing. We started talking all those years ago because he noticed I was reading one of the Discworld novels and he liked them as well and started chatting to me about them.
*laughs* Conventions can be pretty confusing when you've never been to one before. I'm guessing doubly so for someone who has no interest in the subject at hand.
It's so nice that you share interests with your husband! And I must say, Dante is better than the standard cliche of chocolates and roses. (Though, those are nice, too... if a bit over-done)
As I said above we really do have most of our likes and dislikes the same so life is pretty free from arguements on that score.
I don't mind flowers but really at the moment theres nowhere to put them even if he did get me some and chocolates are nice but I usually end up wasting most of them as there are alot that I don't like. I really am to fussy for my own good sometimes.
