Amercian Football

As I was thinking of following the Amercian Football season(thanks Eyeshield 21) this year I was wondering what teams everyone thinks are worth watching? I know nothing about the teams apart from what has been mentioned about them in various movies so any advice would be apprecated.

I have no opinion. 8D; I live in Ohio and I guess the Browns are okay but I'm not much of a football fan myself. Although, I did really enjoy Eyeshield.

Eyeshield is one of those animes that makes me smile no matter what mood I'm in when I start watching it.
