Grenadier and Sukisyo

duowolfWell finished watching Grenadier and Sukisyo today and overall they were both really enjoyable animes.
First of all I'll talk about Grenaider. The animation on this show is some of the best I've seen in along time and the music is pretty good as well. The basic plot of the show is about a young woman who's is traveling to bring peace to the land by making the people smile. She's also a excellent sharpeshooter but it's usually her cheerful personality that wins the battles along with her gun skills. The show starts of very serious but theres also tons of humour included as well which is never a bad thing espically when it doesn't distract from the serious parts. All in all worth watching at least once just for the gorgous artwork.
Secondly there was Sukisyo which is based from a boy's love dating sim game.Again the animation is pretty darn good, not as good as Grenadiers but still very pretty to look at. The voice acting for this show was also top notch as it featured the voice talents of Hikaru Midorikawa and Shinichiro Miki. The plot line of the show was also really intersting and there was tons of humour, espically during the Valentine's day episode when our heroes spend the day dressed as angels with afros (it was pretty darn scary)as well as some serious stuff as well. All in all an excellent anime even if you don't like boy's love series all that much.
