Glee/my name is Earl

I've never seen Glee and to be honest haven't seen any pics of the cast apart from some of the main cast. Anyway today I spotted a pic of Kurt and his dad and had to do a double take as I reconized the dad stright away as Mike O'Malley the guy who plays the gay cop in My Name Is Earl. I was midly amused.
