reading can be bad for you

duowolfWell i dead tied as I didn't go to bed til 4:30 this morning and i was up by 9:30. The reason being I was reading a book.
I thought I'd read for half a hour before going to bed but when I looked up again it was 4:30 and I'd finished the book. The novel in question was Disordered Minds by Minette Walters and I recommened it to any fans of crime/ murder mystery books.
