duowolfWatched Mrs Henderson Presents last night and I was surprised how much I actully enjoyed the movie. It was a very funny movie and the musical numbers were great. Another pleasent surprise I had was how well Will Young can act considering this is the first film he's ever done.
Then we watched The Hostal which wasn't as nearly as gruesome as I thought it was going to be. It was a good movie but I've seen worse things happen to people in movies and while that one scene was pretty wince inducing it wasn't anywhere as bad as some people told me it was.
Lastly we watched the live-action Devilman movie which wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. I think it might have helped that I've never seen the anime so known next to nothing about the orignal story. It was also a very depressing movie and I ended up feeling more sorry for the bad guy then anyone else in the whole film.
We're going to start watching the last season of Buffy tonight finally. It's been sitting in the closet for months.
